Shipping
At Money Masters Academy, we aim to process all orders within 1–3 business days. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email along with tracking information (where available), allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.
Returns
We take great care to ensure every order is securely packaged and arrives in excellent condition.
Returns are accepted only if an item arrives damaged or faulty. To be eligible for a return or replacement, you must notify Money Masters Academy within 24 hours of the recorded delivery time.
To Process Your Claim
Please provide the following information:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photographs of the damaged or faulty item and its packaging
Once we have reviewed your claim, we will notify you of the outcome. If your claim is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns or refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect items ordered by the customer
- Digital downloads, except where they are faulty or where required by applicable law
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
